Chicago 2010 U.M. ARMY Mission Trip to Chicago, IL July 11-18, 2010
Our Mission: On July 11-18, 2010, the Dakotas United Methodist Conference Youth and Global Missions Programs will be sponsoring a Senior High and Adult mission trip to the Chicago Area. Our mission is to repair homes and relationships between the Church and its community, and to spread Christ’s love to people in this area. We'll be working with an established United Methodist Ministry in a new area. A little more info: Dean's Info Letter; Poster Cost: The cost is $550 per person. Each person will pay for 5 meals while traveling. All other meals, lodging, recreation and building materials are covered by the total fee. Important Dates: See the Flyer for Registration and Due dates of payments To Register: (All forms are sent to the Dakotas Camping Office) Step 1: Camping Program Registration and $150 deposit Step 2: U.M. ARMY Registration (sent to Camping Office!!) Step 3: UMVIM Insurance Form (make sure you sign, your parent signs, and witnesss signs) Step 4: Camping Long-form Health Form Step 5: Match your payments to the due dates. Step 5: Get yourself to Watertown First UMC on July 11!
